Vice President

The Vice President plays a crucial leadership role within LPD Families, supporting the President and ensuring the smooth operation of the organization. This position is responsible for stepping in when the President is unavailable, helping to oversee initiatives, and assisting in decision-making. The Vice President works closely with all committee chairs to ensure alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. Additionally, this role may take the lead on specific projects, facilitate meetings when needed, and help resolve any challenges that arise. The Vice President is expected to be a strong communicator and a dependable team player, ready to provide leadership and guidance whenever necessary.
